Data Processing Addendum

Purpose

This DPA governs the processing of personal data by Centeye Inc on behalf of customers and partners, and supplements the applicable services agreement.

Roles

For customer data processed through the service, the customer is the controller and Centeye Inc is the processor.

Sub-processors

Our current sub-processor list is available on request and published in the Trust Center.

Security measures

We maintain the technical and organizational measures described in the Trust Center, including encryption, tenant isolation, scoped logging, and reversible, audit-logged response.
